Hi there, everyone, how's life? How's the writing, reading and breathing going? I'm currently in the middle of going about my secret plan, which I hope will maximize my exposure on Amazon's KDP Select. You probably don't care what the plan is, anyway, so I'm going to skip that boring stuff and just let you know if it actually worked out the way I hoped it would when it's all over.

On a different note, I am releasing eight new titles on Amazon, all of them are in the YA paranormal genre, most are romantic, and the remnant have elements of romance in them. If you like vampires, unicorns, centaurs, mermaids, shapeshifters and teenage school stories you might want to check them out. Correction - you do want to check them out (nudge and a wink).

Otherwise, keep it real, don't do anything naughty and pursue your goals. Later...

I need to write, right?

I've been willing to write a blog about why exactly I haven't been around on my 'website' as much I used to. The answer is I had problems, and in fact, I, to this very day, still do have serious problems. The thing is, I feel it'd be wrong of me to share my personal life, as I'm not yet entirely sure how much I want to reveal about myself to the 'Casual Reader', or 'My Soldiers' who keep me going by reading what I have to say (thank you). Why, I hear you ask? The answer is really quite simple: People have enough on their plate as it is, and I seriously doubt they want to hear a depressing account of somebody's life that'll only spoil their mood. So, ladies and gents, I give you the following:

That's right, a How I Met Your Mother episode.

That aside, the main point of this blog is the following: I dream to become the world's most prolific writer, and with the current rate, the future ain't looking too bright. However, as I said in my penultimate blog, I am back; which means you can expect at least another two books from in the following month.

For the past three days, I've been taking it easy: watching How I Met Your Mother, drinking coffee and eating pizza. In the middle of this, I took to studying my sales and all I can say is that I'm pretty far away from becoming a New York Times, USA Today or Sunday Times bestselling author. I don't know whether or not it's because my books suck - some people think they're amazing and others believe I should stop writing - but I am sure of one thing: I, just like any other writer in this world, need more exposure. The general public needs to hear of me for me to stand a chance. Here's where it becomes tricky. I've spent thousands of dollars on advertising, but I see no increase in my sales. Reviews don't seem to be helping either. So, what's the way out of this situation? I don't know. All I know is that I just got to continue writing and reading and one day, and mark my words that day will come, I'll accomplish my dreams - just as you will accomplish yours.

Hey, what's up everyone? I know I've been away for quite a while, and believe me when I say I had an extremely respectable reason for such a lengthy absence. Life just got much harder in the last two months, due to two tragic events which I'm not going to talk about here.

In any case, due to how things stand now, I can't write as much as I'd like to. So I'm churning out books at a much slower rate than hitherto planned. That sucks immensely, as you can imagine...

That said, I am currently in the process of starting a new teenage romance...

So I've had the wonderful opportunity to write a guest blog for the beautiful Sharlene Almond about how I became a writer. Please check it out for yourself here, and if my story is of little interest to you, there is lots of other stuff that can grip your interest. Sharlene has reviews on books she's read, as well as detailed info about her own books. Pop by and have a read - I already have.
